Any approvals after INS recieved RFE response on April,9th.

We replied for RFE and INS recieved it on April 9th. Was wondering if there is any one who replied for RFE on that date and got approvlas?

My responce for RFE was received by BCIS on April 8th still no result yet. I am also a 2001 Nov applicant.

Hang in there! It should be close for us now.

My RFE was received by INS on April 10th. Looks like alot of Nov filers have received RFE's. Approx how long will it take? Any thoughts.

I saw one approval for RFE reply on 10th.

Friends,
I just saw one approval in rupnet NOV cases for the member 'sbt' who replied for rfe on April 10th and got approved on 18th.

So for us also it should be very close.

I am OCT 2001 applicant, INS received my RFE response on 03/27/03.

Still waiting ....

I hope you guys are right in saying that it's close.

My wife received an RFE on the 4th of April. BCIS received the reply on the 15th. Still waiting for approval...

rfe received by INS 3/7/03

RFE was based on proof of empoyment and BC. no response till date. Maybe they are waiting for proof of special registration????
 
Guys, anyone heard anything? Don't understand why NSC is also so slow in processing RFE response received cases?
