Anyone got I-485 approval with ND in First or Secod week of Aug,99. Still waiting with ND Aug5,99...

I am also waiting ND: Aug 17, 1999. Talked to IIO this morning and she said that I should hear something by the end of the month. Said they were processing Aug. 15 cases. Looking at the approvals for dates much later than aug. 23, I am guessing what the IIO told me is BS. Hang in there folks (what else can we do?)

I have seen a bunch of RFE\'s for folks with ND in the first-week of August and I got one too: ND 8/6/99

ASC when did you get your ref ? Was the phone message in VSC changed when you received it? So far my phone message still says waiting. no REF yet. ND aug5,99

I\'ve got my approval after I140 RFE with ND 8/6/99

RFE: 8/31/00
RFE replay: 9/26/00
I-140 approval: 10/16/00
I-485 approval: 10/24/00

RFE was about employment letter, past 3 years tax returns
(wonder if because I e-filed???)
