Anyone got approved with FP done in June. 00? My FP was done on June 2000, RD May 99, ND June 99, still waiting.

How do you find the FP status on FBI and how did you find out that it has been sent to VSC ?? Thanks in advance

If you call FBI at (304) 625-5590 and tell them your A#, they will tell you when they received it and when they sent it to VSC.

Then call VSC and find out whether they updated their system. I believe it could take upto 60 days for VSC to update their system from the time they receive the FP information from FBI. VSC Phone # is (802) 527-4913

I\'m new here. I am just about to start my
I-485 application.

Please verify:
RD is receipt date of I485 application?
ND is notice date?
FP is finger printing?
So approximately, about 10-12 months after
ND will undergo finger printing?

When do you get EAD-work permit for spouse?
Usually, how does it take to get approval
after finger printing?

Your RD, ND, FP guesses are right.
No definite date has been set from ND to FP but around 10-12 months now days.
You may apply for EAD along with i-485 or any time after i-485 filed.
