My RD is 10/30 and I do expect to get my approval before Christmas.

Hang on there you will get it. My RD is Jun 20, 2001 I sent my RFE response on Sep 10th, I am still waiting for my approval. I spoke to IIO, this Tuesday she said my case is with an Examiner, and she said to wait for a week or two. I have to wait what else can we do.

NSC did it..made me a pessimist...
someone has to really work hard to make JAck a pessimist...but NSC did it...everything that could go wrong did,and as I predicted a couple of months ago,I don't think there will be any more movement of cases till 2003...July approvals were moving,but it seems that many adjudicators are on leave right now....hence we hardly see maybe one approval or so a week...
I have given up,and don't even expect to see my case move till Feb 2003 (I am ND16th Oct 2001..and the few Sep 2001 RD cases we have seen are just that - a few..I have friends with
LIN-02-001,and no movement in their cases..their FP will expire soon too...)
What happens once FP expires..do we have to wait another year??and I heard FP results are valid for 12 months..or is it 15 mos??
