Any Approval This Week? AD > 2/18?

No Approvals after the Presidents\' Day
I haven\'t seen any approvals with AD later than 2/15/02 on this board or on immitracker.com. There are two possibilities: (1) VSC has stopped processing I-485 for some reason. (2) The AVM has not updated since last Friday. This has happened in the past.

Processing seems to have slowed down again -
No approvals since last Friday indicates slow down in processing once again at VSC. Or maybe GC_Kool is right and AVM hasn\'t been updated. But I thought AVM gets updated almost regularly as soon as there are updates to cases...So many people with April RD are still waiting. The new processing time also shows April 01. I think we June filers became too optimistic in thinking our approvals were coming soon...(The few June approvals we saw on this board had lucky stars and co-incidently, all were EB2.)
Dosen\'t look like we are going to hear any good news in Feb. Lets hope things speed up again in March.

Its like a roller coaster ride inside a tunnel.
I mean you can expect low approvals in Dec/Jan as many people go on Vacation. But this is Feb - we should have seen large number of Approvals in last couple of weeks, but did not. Things have slowed down for sure.

intelligent analysis/theory I am agree with you it seems people here in this board are too optimistic. I understand without being optimistic people can not move forward but too much is not good. April/May people are sitting tight and Jun/July thinks for their turn. What a fun. My Priority Date is in March, 1998, EB3, RD May and ND July and I have even seen people did bot got approval with ND Jan, 2001 and PD 1997. I will always pray for their approval before me because I can understand their mental condition seeing AD even if the RD is July 2001. So I would say don\'t dream on broad day light.
