Is Their Any Approval Lately For Any I-485 ?

I Think Those Who Applied After May 2005 Through Now And Have Submitted Along The Medical And Biography With The Initial Application, Are Generally Being Approved Within 2 Or 3 Months After Their Bio Code - 3 Are Captured (with No Criminal Or Health Related Grounds Of Excludability) That's How Fast It Is.

But Those Who Applied Before May 2005 May Still Be In The Limbo Of Backlog Created By The Prior Presidental Quota Of 10,000 Adjustment A Year.

May 2005 To Now (faster Adjustment)
Before To Mars 2005 (slower Adjustment Due To Backlog)

Nebraska center sucks.they changed online message without any notice . they took out days due to pracessing.they realized after lawsuit they cant put whatever message they want (560 days). how can people be so dumb.

for those who have been waiting for years, would it be just better to reapply since new cases are mving faster?

I plan to sue them instead if there are no changes until 08/01/06. The cost will be about the same. ND September, 2001.

i just got my green card 2 weeks ago.i got granted in 2002 applied adjusment in 2004 and green card in hand 7/17/06 happy but dont know what to do :confused: travel somewhere or not and how with my RTD or national passport still seraching.
 
Approvals !!!!!!

I have seen several approvals late July, it seems that from mid June to late July, the approvals were halted, since last week I have seen like 5-6 approvals, I think they are back approving cases.
Hope to be approved soon.
