At the beginning of June I received an e-mail from USCIS saying that my case is shipped to NVC but I still don’t have a case with NVC.
Qualifications:
1) 20 manuscripts (6 first author, over 150 citations)
2) Referee for 3 international journals (letters from the editors).
3) 10 recommendation letters (1 from FDA, 1 from EPA, 3 from scientists who didn’t work with me)
4) 6 of the above letters I use to establish “Critical/Leading role for organizations”.
5) Published material by others. I sent few scientific papers that discussed my work but I don’t believe I succeeded in this category.
