Any approval for JULY/AUG 2004 Cases??

Now that USCIS is looking at cases filed after June 30 2004, did anyone who has RD/ND dates of JULY/AUG got their I-140/I-485 approved???

Mine is in October...This information will give us some rough estimate of what is happening in USCIS??

Yes Pachanga give us the date of filing and all other dates,eb2/eb3,original or sub labor etc.
That will be more useful for us.

EB2 (Substitue Labor having PD July 2001)
I-140/485 RD : 7-6-2004, ND: 7-8-2004
EAD & AP : Approved in Aug 2004
FP Done: 9-2-2004
FP Result received by USCIS: 9-7-2004
LUD on I-485: 10/27/2004
No LUD on I-140
Not sure whether Name Check is clear or not

(Life without GC is useless in the US of A -- just my feeling!)

EAD/AP approved: 8/10/04
FP Notice: 2/17/04 for 3/17/04
FP done: 3/2/04 (today - early FP)

Does getting an FP notice now signify anything ? well, i guess with uscis nothing signifies anything so ... well .. well ..

Never had a LUD on 140
LUD on 485: 9/18/2004 reflecting finger print review results, then NO LUD since then.

I am kind of worried. Almost everybody got a LUD or two. I didn't get any. Is it because my name check is not done?

I dont have an LUD as well . dont think it means name check or anything else ..

Yes definitely it makes sense now. Your approval will come very soon. You got your FP notice on time. If everything goes fine, you will get approval in 2-3 weeks.

BTW, change the year to 2005 for your FP notice/FP done....
