I\'ve wanted to ask this myself
The last approval I recall seeing was from late last week 4/11/2002. I did see one approval of some on one of the other boards said he did FP on 03/29/2002 and got approval 04/15/2002. But have not been able to get much more on details.
Anyway, if anyone has heard of approvals this week please us know please. Even if its the approval of a friends sisters dog-walkers uncle once removed *grin*

I do know a couple of friends got approvals this week
Friend1: His username at I-140 tracker is Suibian. I know he filed I-485 last December. He had his FP done in Feburary and received his approval notice in mail yesterday.
Friend2: His username on immitracker is DANIELY with RD 3/6/01, ND 3/19/01, he got his FP done in March and got approval yesterday too.
I guess they might not come to this site as often as I do, so hope they don\'t mind me announcing their good news for them.
I also heard some other friends filed in 12/00 or 01/01 and got FP done in March also got approvals lately. It seems to me INS are clearing up all the cases that have FP done in March...
Just don\'t know when my FP notice will come in my mailbox...

It has been 19 days since my case was assigned to an Immigration Officer still no change in AVM. I have really started getting worried now.. Does it really take more than a week after the case is assigned to IIO? I hope there are not going to reject or ask for and evidence now... Please give me your opinions and suggestions...

19 Days is no big deal
My case was assigned to officer on Jan 20, 2002, an RFE was sent on Jan 31, 2002, I mailed reply to the RFE on Mar 8, 2002, INS received on Mar 12, 2002.
I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM ..............
By the way my PD - 06/1998, ND - 01/2000 (Jan 6th, 2000 to be precise).
My case was assigned to officer on Jan 20, 2002, an RFE was sent on Jan 31, 2002, I mailed reply to the RFE on Mar 8, 2002, INS received on Mar 12, 2002.

Why Do you want an RFE
Don\'t Hope for that, It\'ll take some more of your time. You might probably be getting your approval without an RFE(Hope for this and Good Luck).
My point was not about RFE or anything. It\'s the 4 Year wait and still waiting since I started all this.

I am just worried and tensed.. that\'s all. I don\'t want an RFE but people usually hear in most of the cases within 1 week after their case is assigned to an IIO. That is my impression and my case was assigned to an IIO on 4th of April.....

I know with TSC every one is worried
The more you get worried and tensed the more energy you will loose. Keep Calm everything works out well. Some people are lucky to get it earlier "All in the game".
You know what, Every day morning I fax to the TSC enquiring my status "ATTENTION DIRECTOR" "I\'m doing this from April 1, 2002". I don\'t know whether they will really look into it or put it in the TRASH. But I just want to make my presence felt and hopefully one day the "DIRECTOR MIGHT LOOK INTO IT".
I\'ll see what\'ll happen this week.
