Any AP approvals today

Has anyone applied for the AP in July 10th 2003 time frame has been approved recently ?

Is it ok to travel out of the US without an AP but with a valid L1 A petition , and get a visa stamped at a US consulate in Chennai.

wondering about the risks.

My AP ND 9/8/03 Approved on Dec 23rd
Wife AP ND 9/8/03 Approved on Jan 22nd.

Little over 4 months for approval. That is good.

Mine is August too . 6/8/03 , nothing yet.

I guess it was your first AP correct. Because mine is the second AP. Amazing you got your approval so quick. Congratulations.

My suggestion, its about time you start applying for renewal.

we were told the APs were approved Jan 20, 2004. The Rd for APs are roughly around September, 2003. Have not received hard copy yet.
