Hi ,

When you say that you applied for ammended I140, What does it mean?

1)Did you keep processing the original I140 as it is and applied for alltogether new I140 .

2)Is there a seperate form for an ammended I140 ?

3)What is the procedure for applying for ammended I140?

is it possible that they are not approving amended I-140 because they might approve our 485\'s using AC21 with no need for amended I-140?
