Any alternative of AC21?

On the web site I found you are really very helpful and informative. I have few questions:

I left my I140/I485 (concurrent) filing company (company A) with their concent (of continuing I140) before I got my I140 approved but after completing 180 days of my I485 filing and joined another company (Company B).

Now, my I140 is about to be approved (hope so). Do I qualify for AC21 after the new Memo about AC21? Is there any alternative? Do I need to inform Company B about it?

Any help is highly appreciated.

------- if I-140 is approved ANd I-485 is pending more than 180 days, you can use AC21 it does not matter when you left company A

Is there any alternative? Do I need to inform Company B about it?
------ you will need company B or new employer letter for future perment job offer then you can inform USCIS. to get that letter you have to inform B or how they will give you letter if you dont inform? I will ONLY inform them once my I-140 gets approved and i have the copy of approved LC or get the info that I-140 has been approved. till that time I may not inform becase I will request them to file new LC for me as a good back up if my I-140 filed by A is not approved then new LC filing by B will be good back up for me.
Any help is highly appreciated.
