Waiting for Approval, I heard my case is on Hold. I filed my 140 as Ajilon employee (After merger with computer people).
Any one in the same boat...

Surprised that you should be in this hold up. Anyway I am from Ajilon i.e I was previously in Computer People. Am on hold for the company name change. Guessing !! Are you from Wilmington or any branch on th eeast coast ???

I am also from ajilon too.. EB2 RIR PD 04/99 RD 2/00 ND 3/00 FP 3/01 RFE on Medical 4/24/01 replied 5/9/01 approved on 5/17/01. Previously Computer people and filed as Ajilon 140. Got approved.

Are you single? I heard GC for single is getting approved faster. Did you get Rfe from ins directly. or
you got it thru old law firm to Ajilon legal & you.,

I am also waiting for medical Rfe. it looks like you didn\'t have any problem with 140. When did you file 140 with ajilon.

Hi Indy, I am married and I filed for 140 in Aug 99 and approved on Dec 99. I got the RFE letter from our lawyer. May be they would have got from old firm.
