Any 485 approvals with I-140 redo RFE?

I am on the same boat. But my lawyer is still fighting with INS not to file an I 140 redo for his clients since the TAXid is same. INS recieved the on Aug 11 and still pending for review by IIO. My guess is I have to file I140 again. Does anyone seen any 485 approvals after I 140 redo

Mike Tyson, Crazy boy... any progress about your cases. I am also in the boat.
My lawyer also sent a letter saying tax id same for Company name change.
Are you taking any steps to follow up. Please post the details I will join with you guys.

Hi Guys,GOOD NEWS ... Moota got i-485 approval who is from Rapidigm, with RFE\'s regarding name change
