Any 485 approvals for EB2

Anyone (EB2) got I485 approvals lately...As most of the 485 approvals i see here are EB3...So does it mean NSC stopped approving 485(for EB2 concurrent filers).

Recent approvals

On march 25th, one of my friends approval came.
EB2 : NSC : IND
PD : beginning of March'02.
485 applied : end of April'04.

I did remember reading somewhere that NSC is no longer doing the concurrent adjudication (it was a pilot in any case) -- I think it applies to all SCs - not just NSC.

In any case, your ND is Nov 2004 -- so your application has been pending only for just about 6 months now -- which is very very less given the wait times at NSC !!
NSCs official processing dates are only Jan 2003 right now :(

I have seen some cases here who got approvals same day, same week and may be in 3 to 6 months. DEFINITELY not 2 years. Hope for the best

I did approved today..!

They still approved EB2 but I think it may be based on PD

Here is my details:
EB2 Subs. Labor PD 06-2000 (Not R. country)
I-140 RD 01/04
Approved 03-15-05 (Not updated so far in the web site that it was approved).
I-485 RD 05-04
REF was issued 03-17-05 (Copy of orginal B.C. and TD Vac. for me and my wife)
REF RD by INS 4-29-05
I-485 AD 05-12-05

One of my co-workers got I1485 approved on 04/26/05.
His was EB2,
PD 04/03,
I 485 RD 11/03,
I140 AD 04/20/05

so, I485 was approved within a week of I140 approval.
 
Thats what i thought..Well guys after observing I485 approvals deeply,i came to the conclusion that,INS is approving I485 based on countries and load of applications. Means if you are from India,you are struck....
 
I believe you are right.

People from India and China are both stuck.
