Any 485 approvals under 245(i)? Would appreciate your details, experiences.
My details:
CSC; PD Jan 2000, EB3/RIR; 485/EAD/AP applied Aug 9th; RD Aug 10; ND Sep 17th;Applied under 245(i) since I was out of status for more than 180 days. I am the primary applicant.
Any idea what the average processing time is for 485 under 245(i)? I know its difficult to predict, but just to have an idea. Are 245(i) cases treated differently and do such cases usually take more time? What are the chances of interview?
Also my project is getting over in a month\'s time and I\'m worried that I might be laid off. My husband and I have a canadian green card and just in case we decide to go to Canada, abandoning our 485, what effect would it have on any future US green card application?
