Any 2004 filers still waiting for 140

I just want to know how many people are waiting in this forum with 140's untouched.
As far as i know me colts-fan,Digs,july140.
If anybody elase are waiting please comment.

I am a EB1-OR. I-140/485 filed Aug 2004. Did biometrics yesterday (code 2).
LUD changed twice on I-485- Jun 15 and June 16.

I filled my I-140 in March 2004 (NSC). Still no news

Hi All,

I also filed in Year 2004. Below is my details.

140/485 - RD 10/28/2004.
140 - RFE 5/20/2005 (EB2 To EB3)
RFE Sent to USCIS - 06/03/2005
RFE Received by USCIS - 06/06/05 (my guess - but no updates)

485 - LUD 06/08/2005 ( Address change)
485 - Same as mine

No update on RFE.

Hi Kishore,

I'm sure there must be many more of 2004 and a few unlucky from 2003 still in our party.

Until I'm 'Untouched' at the NSC, I'm continuing to be 'Mishandled' at Work, sad part is I cant complain or file another case against them.

They are not handling EB2 if you are not faculty in University

EB2, 140 and 485 concurrent RD 12-21-04
140485AP????(still received, never has any LUD change)
Did finger print and appointment for biometric is july

Looks like to me they don't want to process EB2 if you are not faculty from universities. If you are, take you only 1 month usually.
 
So does that mean that most of the people who had got their 140 were EB3.

My friend also had a good theory. He said maybe NSC is waiting for the 140 approval to approve our 485.

I dont think that you need to be faculty. I'm not a faculty and my 140 was approved in EB2. I think there are some unfortunate folks whose file is with a slow/lazy officer? Good Luck.
