Any 2003 I-140s pending?

Even though there are some spreadsheets out there detailing the I-140s' info (my info doesn't show up on any of those!!), I would like to know if there are any 2003 filers still waiting for I-140 approval.

sorry to hear. If your 140 approved you can Update your Info on the Excel sheet. Still Waiting to hear, then I'm sorry. Lot of people are their { Eb2 and EB3 }.

I think NSC again stopped working on EB2 at all. I'm seeing EB3 140's a lot. God Knows what these NSC fellows are doing.

Got two APs and EADs
Waiting for I-140 and I-485.

I appreciate your concern. Its just that when I started my project last November, I had informed the client that I should be getting my I-140 approval anytime. I also told them that it would could take anywhere between 1 month to 6 months. Luckily for me, my manager is from Germany and he is familiar with the GC process and he understands. From a job perspective, I'm safe in the sense that my manager is willing to wait. He wants to offer me a permanent position. My company has no problems with me joining the client.

I'm in a lot better position than some of the others who desperately need the I-140 approval.

My I-140 has been pending for 16 months
My EAD renewal has bene pending for 7 months
Pls see my signature for details. I am from retrogression affected country.

That brings down the no. of pending approvals to 5 (so far..). I'm sure there are others out there who have not bothered to update here.

Have you contacted your senator/congressman regarding the I-140 delay ?
Also, would you mind telling which state you are from ?

I am from Ohio. I am in the process of contacting the senator.

Appreciate your response. Let's encourage one another, we can do that at least, right ?.
 
i'm from il. just got e-mail request additional evidence yesterday and haven't received it in the mail. will keep you updated.

When I had applied for my I-140/I-485, I was a resident of Michigan. But I moved to Maryland this January. I'm not sure if I have to contact a senator from MI or a senator from MD. If I call up a senator from MD, then he will try to get in touch with Vermont Service Center. Atleast thats what I think. If I ask him to contact NSC, he might suggest I get in touch with a senator from Michigan.

Any thoughts on how to get additional info on this?

My case is the worse !!
I-140/I-485 pending since January2003. No thing approved yet. Stucked in security checking.
