Any 2002 Cases left>?

Hi,

Looks like my wife is the only 2002 case left. She is Oct2002. Replied to RFE for legal status in mid May. Twice, LUDs changed and now complete silence.

Anyone else?

We are waiting for the approval of our 14 year old son.

Our cases are approved but it is not the same as his is still pending.

I am sure there are many cases from 2002 like this where the primary is approved but one or more dependent is not approved.

Unless each case is compltetely done for all family members filed, I consider them not approved.

I 485 ND: June 6th,2002
AD: March 30th,2005 For self, older son and Husband
FP completed and cleared for 14 year old son: May 18th, 2005
Approval: Hopefully soon

Sep/26/02 ND self, wife and daughter.
Recently received 2nd FP notice due to first FP expiration several months ago, and only after repeated inquiries and congressman's contact.
Hopefully FP notice received because everything else is ok.
 
Don't worry, two more (me and my wife Sep 5, 2002)... LUD showing response to query. I am curious as to who the supervisor is. Wonder what kind of a PM he has... slow and no initiative to do any work. (Guess that's why they work for the govt..) :D
 
There are 2001 cases too, until about a month ago, there was another june 2001 case, dont know if it is still pending

Another one here

My husband's got approved (not received the approval letter yet, it is past 15 days)
There has been total silence after my FP, done in February, not even a LUD change. I am the principal applicant.

Its frsutrating, really

It is depressing.

For some reason, I cant hold myself back from checking online each time or awaiting the much needed emails.

But everytime I check (Which is roughly 15 minutes or so every pass), I feel more :(

I hope they will eventually leave everything aside and do sequentially date wise and see that 2002 is done.

Too Long, I am surprised about your 2001 case. Any steps taken from your end?

I wish there was some way to trigger our dormant cases.

I am frustated and tired too, keep checking my online status. It became my little addiction, just to be let down everytime i check. For some reason, when the approval comes, i don't feel jumping around in happines, no energy for that :D , just want this thing to be over with, talk about mind games :mad:

I am also on a same boat.
One of my friend he gave me an idea that your EAd is going to expire in July why don;t u apply it now so that they can open your file and if they found no objection they they will approve it (They are waiting for 175$) . :) becuase he had the same situation.
I don't know if it works for me or not but one more try to get GC :)

02/16/05 --FBI Cleared it and send it to INS.
02/17/05 -- Received FP letter for Wife
4/6/05 -- Wife Finger Print (Late: Actual date: 03/31/05)
