Nothing, I guess. Have you tried contacting congressman/senators, or checked with the FBI? I don't know if it would help but looks like these are the things people are trying.
 
I am here too, I called CIS and the lady said they will issue an
inquire, don't know what's wrong.

still waiting... But one of my colleagues, whose RD was in April 2002, just got approval for both him and his wife earlier this week.

My colleague didn't have to do 2nd FP although he did his first FP one week later than my 1st FP. I got my 2nd FP done last Nov. I got an employment RFE this Feb while he wasn't asked for anything. :(
