Any one having 2002/2003 Labor PD and I485 approval pending filed in 2003/2004 .

I-485 - 10-2003.
 
When I called NSC just 40 mins ago, CSR said that my case is with the officer now.
When I asked particularly, is he reviewing my case now? CSR responded YES.
I don't see any LUD change or emails as of now.

Did you tried to call today after ur 2FP.....
I gave today morning , palnning to call NSC soon
ALready called them twice each time they told " nothing is pending everyting is cleared and they are waiting for my fingerprints"

There is no wonder the quota will be over. In that case on what basis they are accepting new application from July 1st.
