Any 140 approvals for concurrent cases ND after April 30, 2004

Hello Everybody,

I have been following this forum for quite sometime and found it very useful and informative..

BTW..my details are in the signature below..

I have a question, does anybody got 140 approved who's concurrent filing RD/ND after 04/30/04 (I mean after Fujie Ohata's Memo eff. date). Just curious to find out whether INS is really serious about Fujie Ohata's Memo about concurrent adjudication..

I have seen some 140 approvals in the forum with RD/ND after 04/30/2004 but I don't know whether they are cuncurrent filers..

Yes... VSC seems to be touching Eb3 cases from mid-last week of May '04 ... Refer to the 2004 Tracker forum for detailed case information.. You might want to get yourself added to the tracker.

There is a very good possibility that you will hear the news anyday from now.
