How many days it takes after you reply RFE

My attorney replied to RFE for I-140 , vsc . Usually how many days it takes? I was trying to check the status using 802 5274913. It is always busy. Is this right number ? if so, Does anybody able to talk using that number. Please reply to all questions

Can anybody provide telephone no. to check I-140 status ?

My I-140 was filed by my attorney around 15th September in Vermont
Service Centre. Till date, I have got no receipt. I believe I can
check the status over AVM phone by entering my EAC no. If somebody
can provide the telephone no, that will be of much help.
