Another try after 221(g)

I'm writing to get some opinion or feedback that guru's might have. I got a 221g due to difference in W2 and LCA in Aug'03 that made me look out for a new employer.

Fortunately got a new employer who filed for a new h1 and now I'm set to visit the chennai consulate again next week.

Here are my gray areas:
1. My new employer is a small body shopper who has only 5 employees on board (all employees are currently into projects)
2. My new employer's financials are not that great knowing that there are just 5 people on board
3. My new employer has contracted with my old employer and I will be consulting for my old employer as my old employer does not want to leave me
4. My new employer works out of home as such does not have pictures of his office (although I do have pictures of my client site)

Questions:
1. Anything that I should be aware of during my interview?
2. What questions should I look forward for that I need to be careful off?
3. Any other suggestion or advice will be appreciated

If you are going to work for a client company then I guess these additional information is handy at the time of the interview.
1. Client company' s reference letter stating the following
a. project details, duration, location
b. Your contribution
2. Client company's manager contact address, email, phonenumbers.
3. Copy of Your company's contract with the client (such as payment, project scope etc)

These information to be shown only if requested.
Recently a friend of mine was asked for all these documents.
His bodyshopper is a small company like yours.
