Another TN Status within USA

I have TN status with company A. I have three years approvel TN status. I am getting new job offer. Right now I am in USA and working with company A. company B is offering me new Job. Should I need to go back Canada and cross the border get new TN status. OR i can stay here in USA and apply new TN status within USA through i129 form via mail for compay B.

Either is acceptable. However, filing I-129 will either take a long time or will require Premium processing.

Your decision to go to border or file is the same whether you currently had TN or not.

Weigh the costs, time and convenience.
