I have another suggestion.

People who have good contacts with your employers, ask your employers to write to INS/BCIS/President/Senators/Whoeverthefuck.

For example, if you work at MS, get all the MS immigrant community rounded up, and have bill gates write such a letter, escalate this request thru your company HR, to your company president, tell them that you feel that the sorry state of affairs needs a letter from you.

Also, when you escalate it, word it so that they see whats in it for THEM, versus whats in it for you.

No Use FROM Employers

These employers are blood suckkers worst than CSC crap, THEY NEED THEIR WORK DONE WITH IN NO TIME.when ever i talk to our company lawyer, I was told always be patient INS will take it's own, nothing is on our hands don't meshup with INS.

today was my last day with my present company, i worked for stupid company 3 years, they didn't filed my GC, working hard on sat,sundays, holidays....no use finally layoff that is what my reward from company. so don't count f....in employers and their lawyers crap...
