Another sucess of AC21

I've been waiting in this dark tunnel for over 5 years.

- Started my process in Sep. 1997.

- First lawyer goofed up and did not properly file LC case so it did not go in RIR, even after advertising and waiting for over 7 months.

- PD Apr. 1998 and lawyer did not suggest to re-start LC with RIR.

- Waited for nothing to happen until 2000 and woke up. Switched lawyers.

- Lawyer suggested to keep PD and stick to it (EB2 case, but dates were not current that time).

- Finally got LC approval May 2001.

- I-140 approval in Oct. 2001.

- I-485 applied Dec. 2001 (RD Dec. 26, 2001)

- And

StillWaiting...

I was hoping that I might not have to USe AC-21 in my case but looks like I have to. Project is ending on Jun 27..Company is letting people go.. Feeling lil low ...But definetly got inspiration from your case.

Hello,

My case was approved under AC-21 provision.

Receipt date: October 2001
Notice date: Novemver 2001
RFE replied & received by INS on March 14, 2003

Case approved on May 14, 2003.

This web site is excellent !!! It's keeping us focused on the final goal : permanent residency.

I suggest to maintain a good communication with your lawyer. Follow his instructions and, the most important thing, be patient !
