Another RFE for son....is it normal?

Received another RFE this time for my son after responding to the RFE for self (EVL, Pay Stubs, W2's, Income Tax Returns) on 19 July.

USCIS recieved response to my RFE on July 19th..... and on July 27th another RFE generated for my son.

Is this normal???? I'm confused.... why can't they send all the RFE's together?

Because your son's application is independent from your application - simply they are not together.

Its normal. One of our friends got it for their daughter. Can't recall if they got it all together or separate. It was a medical RFE for the kid.
