Another RFE, first 2 were for Kids, now mine, next maybe my wifes?

On April 9th, INS issued an RFE\'s for my kids about Birth Certificates, today I called, AVM said RFE issued for me.

I don\'t know what could they be looking for, perhaps:
1) employment letter
2) W-2\'s
3) Paystubs
4) Medical records
5) Finger Printing

I was so disheartened. I thought RFE\'s for kids was easy, and figured that would be it, but guess not.

I am with same company, however, last year (2000), I made less than (1999 & 1998). Since on the I-140, the amount listed was almost twice as much from 2000. But I stayed with the same company.

However, if I show my recent paystubs, I can prove the high salary (same as listed on K-140)

You think I am in trouble?

Don\'t be disheartened. Wait for the RFE letter. May be it may be simple one. Feeling tense is not going to help you.

Thanks. That\'s what I tried to do last night. Picked up couple of movies from my neighbour and watched them till I was tired (2am) and then went to sleep, so that I won\'t think about it.

Hi All,

After answering an \'Intent to Deny\' for my wife and an RFE for me, I am still waiting.

RFE received April 16, 2001

The AVM indicates that it may take upto 180 days to process.

Is this true or is this something that they say. Because, it has taken more than 360 days to process my 485.

Any help/Info is appreciated.
