Hi, my situation is like this, my fiancee is a Pediatric Resident and has a J1 visa. She finish her training on June 2006. We are planning to marry soon, can she change her status to J2 once we are married so she can stay in the US. If that is the case, how soon should we get married for her to apply for the J2 an get everything on time?
