Another question about the case number

Hello,

My question is: If an "applicant A" received a NL in March and , another "applicant B" recieve the NL in May. Does it mean that the "applicant A" will get a low case number and, the applicant B will get a high number?

Nop,not necessarily!

there are several reasons that make delay in notifications delivery.

The case# is in NL. so if Applicat A & B both received the NL they should check the letter for their case #. Today is april 11, so I don't think "applicant B" has received the NL since he will receive it in May. So, "applicant B" should wait till may to receive the NL.
