I have a question regarding retaining PD with fresh Perm & I-140.
1) I have Labor , I-140 EB2 approved ( Sep, 2004 PD) and applied for I-485, got receipts and EAD.
2) Now I want to apply for a Perm for backup purposes and then apply for I-140, and use a copy of my earlier approved I-140 with this new I-140 application to retain my earlier PD( SEP, 2004).
Can I do this?
