Just I checked the online, it says my spouse case is approved !!!

Details :

RD : Nov 14 01
ND : Dec 07, 01

FP1 : June,02
RFE Rcvd : July'03
FP2 : Nov'03
Contacted Senator : Dec 8 '03

Approved : Jan 28 '04

(Tax return , 3 month pay slip for me, mine approved on June,03).

We too contacted Maryland's senator last week regarding to my spouse case. hope it helps...

I remember, my AD and stamping date is same as yours. I also got stamped at Baltimore on June 10'03 after getting approved on Jun3' 03

It seems... your spouse will be approved very soon.. all the Best !!!
