Two of the March '02 RFEs have the same RD date of 3/13/02 . The same officer , maybe ?

Very unlikely that both husband and wife would register separately in Rupnet

There's activity in April too, though not on Rupnet. A Greenland run on LIN-02-171 indicates about 12 RFEs were issued the past 7 - 10 days.

What made you think there more than one officer? There's no tangible proof of that.
