Questions about interview / stamp appointment

Thanks a million in advance to those of you who know something about this.
I am ready for my I-485 approval (EB2) and want to know about the interview appointment in advance.
1) I heard that you need to make the interview appointment yourself, but does the I-485 approval letter come with an appointment for interview?
2) What documents are required at the interview? Is there anything I can prepare right now such as a letter from my employer?

wac number ommit last 4 digits for confidentiality
did u hear the approval message on avm
or did u receive the approval notice

I checked around 9:15 pm. Yesterday it was same old "On Jan17 the process has resumed ...."
