Hi Guys,
I was a silent surfer on this board for some time.Just talked to IIO for the first time in whole process and my I-485 with my family was Approved yesterday July 2.AVM is still not updated.

Details are
PD 10/98
ND 10/99
FP 03/01
RFE for EMP Letter 04/23/01
RFE Replied 05/07/01
Amd I-140 filed in Mid May(Didn\'t care about it). No recipt notice yet.
RFE for son\'s Medical 05/09/01
RFE replied for son\'s Medical 06/09/01
Approved 07/02/01

I thank this forum to be of such a tremendous help.For fellow IGTErs hang in there you will get through this ordeal.

Finally VSC Wait is over.

Great.Congrats. I guess who ever ahd RFE for employment letter before June 19th is getting their approvals without any amended I140.And rest are getting RFE\'s???

I guess VSC is looking at RFE response received by them around june 09. I have seen a couple of more Approvals for same RFE received dates.
