Your prediction of 3 weeks after amended I140 was right. I am also from Igate and my amended i140 was approved 8/27. Hope I get my apprival too next week. Did you or your lawyer or anybody call INS on your behalf after the amedned I140 approval?
Please let me know. I have also been waiting for a long long time - I485 ND 9/99.

My Layer called yesterday regarding the case and found out it was approved.
You canwait for 7 to 10 days more before approching lawyer.I think your will also get approved by next weekend . Lawyers calling INS does not helps much but nothing harm in trying.
