Another H1-B 6-yr limit question

Hi all!

I've been in the US for six years now under different visas: E1 (2000-2002), L1 (2002-2005), and H1 (2005 - Present). My H1 expires in October of 2008. Does the six year limit on my H1 include years spent on my E1 and L1 visas?

Hi! the 6-year rule of H visa includes the time of stay in L visa. Not sure of E visa.

thanks for the link. it does look like only the L visa is counted or else I would not have been granted an H1 till 2008....unless it was overlooked by whoever approved my h1.
