Another GC from NSC!!

Folks!
I'm a long time silent reader of this forum and now have a good news to share. My GC got approved today!! See my case details.. I think everyone has a shot this month ;)

LC: RIR PD Jan 2003, AD Apr 2005, EB3 India
I140: AD June 2005
I485: RD June 18 2007; ND July 13 (NSC); FP 08/16; LUDs: 08/16, 08/17, 09/11; AD Sept 18

I (like many of you) wonder how my EB3 got approved when its unavailable for last 3 months. I guess they assigned visa # in June.

Congratulations. I am also waiting for MyI-485 approval with 100000.... eyes open

I-485 AD -> 09/??/2007 ??????????????????waiting for MyI-485 approval with 100000.... eyes open
Transfer-> VSC->NSC June 2007

SafeNH, we are pretty much in same boat..mine approved but not my spouse's.

BarneySha, I didn't apply for EAD/AP with 485.

CrapolaGC - first of all congrats alot for your GC...great news

Also, my PD and I485 dates and FP dates match allot with your dates.
I see my RD and FP dates are about 2 days earlier than you. last week info-pass apt told me that my name check is pending . I am not what I can do for that.

But your GC approval gives me hope that may be visa number assigned to my case too as my RD is couple days before you ? could it be true ?

Also did u ever inquire about your NC check ?
