Another GC Approved

Hey Guys,

I hope this news should give some encouragement to folks who are waiting for GC. I just got an email today that my GC has been approved. Here's the signature of my GC process:

I485/I140 ND - August 2004
I140 Approval - Feb 2005
FP - Feb 2005
RFE on I485 - Apr 28
I485 Approval - May 3rd.

This is huge respite. Incidentally, I know guys who got RFE in I485 and got their GC approval within 1 month. Good luck to those who are waiting.

Do you mean you received your RFE or you responded RFE or INS received your RFE on Apr. 28?

NO LUD CHNAGES SO FAR. :( :confused:
 
Regarding my RFE, INS has requested me to submited all approval notices (LC, I140) so far. My case was filed in EB2 RIR category. I am not sure what the PD is.
