Applied on Aug 16th
NSC Responded on Aug 31
Got a package on Sep 30th.
 
Address for sending FOIA form to Nebraska Service Centre

Can someone pls tell me what is the address for sending the form G-639 to USCIS Nebraska Service Centre.

My case is approved today ( Oct 1st 2004 ) as per the online message .

I140, I485 - Concurrent, Labor substitution.

FOIA : Got I140, Labor Documents on 2nd March 2004

Hi Friends,
Following are my details regarding FOIA.
Letter reached VSC: 10/25/04
INS Receipt Date :11/01/04
Got the control number: 11/04/04 (ESC20047***)
Could someone please throw some light about what range is getting processed now and what should be the expected waiting date. Mine is marked as "Simple Task".

Anybody applied FOIA request at California Service Center (CSC).? I just wanted to know how long they take to process a FOIA simple-track request.

I did not apply 485. Can I apply FOIA to get my other documents.

If I can, What should I specify the following in G-639 item 5 "Data needed on subject of record"

Alien Registratio0n Number#
Petition of Claim Receipt#

IF I can't apply, Is there any other way to get the documents.

Gurus, Please help me.
 
Can I get documents without A#?

I had my I140 approved in 2000, but never pursued it further. I just have approved lca and a packet 3 document (for consular processing, sent to me in 2000). Can I get copy of my I140 approval to take benefit of priority date?

I can not reach either my attorney nor my previous employer.

Appreciate any help.
