Another Feb case approved

My friend's 485 with notice date 2/13/02 got approved yesterday.
And thier FP date was last year March. TSC is really working on 485 cases.

This is why I asked goastors to add a FP date worksheet to his GREAT Membership file.

I hope it is in the works.

There definitely seems to be a trend relative to the fingerprint date. So many cases are getting approved with FP of 12-15 months old.

Agree. FP date definitely plays an very important role in cases been approved recently. There were two or three approval posts on the MSN site yesterday, one has ND of 9/02, another one has ND of 12/02, and the third one has ND of 4/29/02. Two of them even had expired FP, but their cases were approved without the 2nd FP. Although a lot of May/June/July 02 filers are still waiting for their FP notice, I personally know some concurrent filers have done their FP already. Really have nothing to say about this randomness and unfairness if FP eventually is the factor to decide your approval date.
