Hmm good to see, some steam building up for eb3 ... retrogressed. Some recent including this one has the PD of 2000 .. wonder how many more 2000 eb3's are left still ......

Its Really Good news. So there are no 98 PD's so for CIS will move dates in the next visa Bulletin. Hope it follows the same suite for EB2

How see it is that as it is the cases of 1998 !999 have exhausted while checking and now they are coming upto 2000-01. These dates will come up soon in any of teh bulletin. I hope EB2/Eb1 will also move ahead datewise!!!!!!!

PD Move

I dont think there will be a PD Jump in the next visa Bulletin. For the records that will stay in Jan 1998 and CIS will process 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003...and so on. Once they reach comfortable level then they will jump up the cut off date to allow new applications. We will see more approvals but no change in PD Cut off date.

Hope we all get our approvals in the new year.

Still no 485 approval from NSC!? that sucks....

officially now eb3 has moved to Jan 1999, per Dec bulliten. So let hope to see some approval in NSC as well. There MUST be someone with 1999 PD in NSC! Or better if there is no one in 1999, maybe they start looking at a 2000 case.
