Another disheartening news from my lawyer on I-485 processing.

I spoke to my lawyer. He mentioned that she heard from his sources in the TSC and the CSC service centers that adjudicators will not be assigned to work on I-485 on a regular basis before December of this year. There might be a few random approvals between now and Dec but that is about it. And after December who knows what might happen. Seems like there is no end in sight unless we act and keep pressing the legislative folks to assign money/resources.
 
I am not sure how correct is this info. We are seeing approvals on regular basis. Although the rate of approval is not what you would expect it to be.
 
Nothing earth shattering here.

This is the lawyers' paraphrasing of BCIS statement to AILA that I485 is not a prority, etc.
