Another Approval

One of my friends got approved today.His RD/ND was Nov 4, 2001 and got FP in May 2003. He did not get any RFE..His H1 expired a while back and has been working on EAD. He also changed his employer to a new one earlier this month.

His wife's application is still pending though.

Congratulations !!

Good to see so many approvals today. Basically it is a good week at TSC. I will visit this forum at least 6 times a day. Even before I check my emails I check this forum.

at the time he change of employer did he filed AC-21?

at New Employer his nature of job or job title /duties...... was same or any difference?? was there any salary difference when he switeched?

any inquery to TSC or any apporach to local Sena/Cong person ?

1. EB-3
2. Did not inform INS abt job change
3. Salary was more. Position Title was different but duties were similar. Infact ,it was a more senior position
4. No enquiries to anyone

I dont know what time it was approved. His lawyer called him with the news...

4 more 10th Nov 2001 cases approved yesterday ....

.. the previous status on 2 of them was "FP received .... May 2003" and on the other tow, it read "Received your appl ..... taking 990-999 days ...".
