Another AC21 question, my case and very confused and worried

This is my case:
I started working with abc on 11/2002.
They started my gc process on 01/2004
I was laid off (not my fault) on 9/2006 with rehire option.
abc has express its interest on offer me a position in the future.
In the mean time , I started working on xyz on 12.2006
my lc was approved on 12.6.06 and abc filed my i-140 (even though I was not longer with them) on 12.14.06 and approved on 12.22.06
I will file my i-485/1-765 based on a future offer by abc (they gave me future employment letter)

If I want to stay with xyz would I have any problems invoking ac21 given the fact that I did not work for abc from 09.2006?
Please help me!

Will the new employer xyz will have to fill a new i-140?

Yep, AC21 covers you...you should be fine....as long as your I485 stays on for 6 months...after that you can use AC21...
