could some one thro light, how INS @ NSC works?????????????????????
Dear Friends/485 waiters, COULD SOME ONE THRO LIGHT HOW INS @ NSC works in approving the 485 cases, do they go by PD/RD/ND/ EMPLOYEMENT BASED CATEGORY OR QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE OR SIZE OF THE COMPANY OR SIZE OF THE FAMILIES WHO APPLYIES or what is their yard stick. I HAVE A STRON FEELING THAT THEY ARE NOT APPROVING THE CASES IN ORDER THEY RECEIVE IN THEIR SO CALLED OFFICE. REALLY WE ALL RE TOTALLY AT THEIR MERCY FOR YEARS TO GETHER.
A SUFFERER SINCE 7 YEARS IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, GREAT COUNTRY , GREAT PEOPLE WITH BULL S... POLICIES.

Hello my friend, MY DETAILS AS FOLLOWS: PD DEC 98, RD AUG 30th 2000, ND SEPT 21st 2000, called IIO 3 times in 1 month time, and I got different answers different times, now I stopped in calling IIO\'s, since I have lost confidence in them and in their replies.
