ANNOTATION:APRIL 07, i wanna use in MAY 07....B1, One entry

I would advise you not to use that visa for a holiday. The annotation clearly spells out the intention you displayed when applying for the visa. B-1 is a business visa. B-2 is given to those who are intenting to travel to the US for holiday/pleasure. Nothing is stopping you from using it however, I an just stating my opinion. Also, avoid saying anything at the POE that isn't true.
