I just got the magic mails that mine and my wife's I 485 have been approved.

Havent recd the I 140 approval yet... hope that is on the way.

My sincere thanks to all the members/moderators in this forum - who have been great!!!

My special thanks to the senior members - who even after their approvals frequently visit and guide everyone else.

And yes.... the feeling of freedom is great!

The following required for stampping :

Infopass Printout.
Approval Courtesy copy / Original Copy.
2 Photoes + back your A# and Name with pencil (Passport Format only).
All your EAD.
All Your AP.
All Your I-94.
Passport Validity min. 6months (expiry not < 6months).

Mine was EB2.

there were no LUD changes on the 485 before approval- (though they changed from 9/18/2004 till 10/1/2004 after my FP).

I sent a fax to USCIS asking them to expedite the case on Oct 18th... got a RFE on 21st...responded to the RFE on Nov 2nd... Recd by USCIS on Nov4th... approved on Nov 10th.


Still havent got my I-140 approvals though..... :rolleyes:
