and H1 Transfer and employer not accepting resignation

my assignment in US is over and i was supposed to report in my Indian office after vacation. As i am still a valid H1B status and employee in company A i traveled to US and filed for a transfer with company B and resigned company A. is there something wrong legally ? also now company A is not ready to accept my resignation. What are the possible issues that i can face ?

They no need to accept your resignation. Simply go and join company B.

But be careful about what kind of agreemnrt did you sign with your first h1 holding company. That clause bind you.
